Subject: RE: Catspaw needs lots of good thoughts UPDATE 6 Jan From: SINSULL Date: 08 Jan 11 - 10:31 AM A jadrool is an Italian cucumber. Not sure why its dick should be broken or if it even has one. We need Spaw back to clarify. Morning, Sweetie. How are we today? Isn't that what the nurse says as he throws his bedpan her way? SINS |
Subject: RE: Catspaw needs lots of good thoughts UPDATE 6 Jan From: Rapparee Date: 08 Jan 11 - 05:32 PM Actually, she says, "Good morning, sweetie. Now be a good boy and roll on your side because it's time for your enema. And try not to tear the catheter out this time." |
Subject: RE: Catspaw needs lots of good thoughts UPDATE 6 Jan From: katlaughing Date: 08 Jan 11 - 05:43 PM Folks, I tried to wash my cellphone, again, last night. So, this morning we went to get a new one. It wasn't quite right, so we went back, after lunch, to get a different one. On the way there, the first new one rang. I answered. It was Karen! I had no paper or pen with me, so wanting to keep my "intrepid reporter" status intact (in what, kat??!:-) I asked her if I might call her back in just a few. She said sure. Anyway, long story shortened...I didn't have her number, lost in the washing and couldn't call her back until now. So, here's the news: He is CRANKY! Always a good sign. He has been put in a stepped down unit and will going to rehab. When I called her back, she couldn't find the addy, so she'll have Connie email it to me. She found one she thinks he will really like. They got snow and it's been crazy with her working, going to see Pat, and Tris working with the street cleaning people. She said she was sleeping and heard a knock on the door, ran down the stairs, opened the door to see Steve there asking if Tris was available. She looked outside at the darkness and said, "Do they have school, today?" He laughed and told her it was seven PM. He needed Tris to help with snow plows, so of course, Tris has been in heaven. Got to go out with them AND when Karen came home he had the driveway, sidewalks, etc. all cleaned off for her, too! kat |

Subject: UPDATE Addy4CardsEtc) From: katlaughing Date: 09 Jan 11 - 07:36 PM So, I check in for PMs and see one from Himself and, I think wow, that was fast recovery! Opened it up, it's an old PM Karen used to send me a PM with, are ya ready for this? A rehab addy where we can send cards, etc. Ta-Da: 3680 Dolson Court NW Carroll, Ohio 43112 He's movin' on up..or down as the case may be:-) Please see other thread and do NOT send cards, yet. |
Subject: RE: Catspaw needs lots of good thoughts(Addy4CardsEtc) From: gnu Date: 09 Jan 11 - 08:33 PM He is in rehab... I hope it has nothing to do with his attitude. I like him cranky and crotchety. |
Subject: RE: Catspaw needs lots of good thoughts(Addy4CardsEtc) From: Rapparee Date: 09 Jan 11 - 08:37 PM Well, he'll stay that way. Only a lobotomy would really rehab him, and I'm not even sure of that. |
Subject: RE: Catspaw needs lots of good thoughts(Addy4CardsEtc) From: Rapparee Date: 10 Jan 11 - 10:12 AM Why doesn't he get outa bed and post here himself? Could it that he's actually sitting on some sunny beech, sipping alcoholic beverages and basking in this outpouring of love and concern? Or perhaps he's up in Stowe, sitting before a pleasant fire and drinking hot ruttered bum or something. Is something WRONG with the boy? |
