I believe the problem arose when the person attacking his FaceBook page moved on to his FAMILY's page thus involving the entire clan in a nasty business.

I enjoy facebook and I am one of Dan's friends there so I hope he doesn't leave it!

I would also support his suggestion that the issue of guest posts is addressed.

I can only urge Dan not to leave FB too, I enjoy his posts - it seems that all the profile information has been taken from mudcat and I think I'm correct in assuming that can only be accessed by another member?

I have PM'd Max and asked him to remove my Profile anyway. He has now done that.

I suggetst that if you are concerned about Mudcat things appearing on Facebook that you do this also.

I have today taken the first tentative steps towards trying to interest an online legal journal in the laggardly approach of Fakebook towards protecting people from BNP impersonation and intimidation - which is given striking contrast by the recent announcement by YouTube of its increased efforts to protect users from abuse. In particular YouTube announces that impersonation and adverse comments are harrassment.
