Al - Yes I'm aware of all those but not visited any of them yet but plan on doing so.
I'm a bedroom strummer of a few years on and off and just recently decided to get involved. It then dawned on me that I don't actually know much if anything in its entirety, so I'm sorting that out. I'm no singer either, but hey-ho it's folk so I'll give it a go.
So as far as performing goes I'm a total novice and judging by how I end up as a fumbling mess playing for family/friends etc it'll be interesting!!

I'm sorry for the slight thread drift, but if you come to The Good Intent sessions in Rochester (1st. and 3rd. Tuesdays), morning wood, you can do as much drinking as you like and get the train back from Rochester to Herne Bay, departing at 23.09 or 00.09!

This a good session with good songs good singers and musicians of all levels.
with good but rare witty non offensive out bursts.

Even if I say so my self I think I have improved and got bolder simply by attending this and other session throughout summer and the year.
