Dear Everyone,

Our very own Breton Cap - Dave Earl - is the guest singer at the Lewes Arms folk club this evening. Admission £4, no membership scheme, floor singers welcome.

The campaign to get Harveys beer back in the Lewes Arms has been getting a lot of national publicity lately including articles in The Guardian, The Observer, The Telegraph, The Evening Standard, The Argus and The Sussex Express. It's also been featured in the national BBC radio programme 'You And Yours'. Here's a link to the 'Listen Again' version of the programme.

The item is about half-way through.

Tootle pip,

Sorry we can't be there tonight. It's sure to be a great night with plenty of choruses.

Carole & Andrew

Thanks friends,

Just got home from the Arms.

Good sing and a few beers. It all seemed to go well but i don't have much voice left so I'll have to take it easy for a day or two.

Your good wishes are much appreciated.

Dave
