Please do provide some further identification.

At present I'm stuck with a mental picture of one of those string-ed thingys sometimes made out of armadillos a bit south of here.

into your browser of choice will give you details!

If you mean a scaly anteater...make sure it is kept near the biggest ants' nest!

Well, in that case, the strings and tunings you need will depend on whether you've bought a diatonic or a pentatonic scaly anteater.

I need to know how many strings and what tunings etc I will have to use.
Maybe if it is really easy I will finally be able to join in at sessions
