Allmusic.com lists 8 recordings called DIP & FALL BACK (or DIP AND FALL BACK) but none of them are by The Spinners. Most recordings are classified as "reggae" but one is "electronic." Various people are credited as composers. There are sound samples available for all these recordings.

The Spinners are from Liverpool and they did record a song called Dip and Fall back the reason is that I have it somewhere on record and the man the sings it is called Cliff Hall.

I manged to find the words because I found it in their songbook
