Subject: LAURIE LEWIS on TRADITIONS From: Bill Hahn//\\ Date: 01 Jun 07 - 04:37 PM LAURIE LEWIS and TOM ROZUM will be joining me this Sunday on Traditions for an hour of conversation and live music. She is really a multi-faceted performer that cannot be pigeon holed into any category---as she herself tells me. TRADITIONS airs from 3-6 PM Eastern Time and also streams on the web at this site |

Subject: RE: LAURIE LEWIS on TRADITIONS From: JedMarum Date: 02 Jun 07 - 12:14 AM Laurie is an absolute gem! Wish I could catch the show (i'm working a festival this weekend). She did a benefit concert years ago for my friend Don Stover - Tony Trishka and Bela Fleck were there too, but Laurie stole the show! I came across an old recording of the concert a year or so ago ... and I remembered just how fine a performer she was. So I looked her up on the internet ... and sent her a note. Nice lady - great musician/performer. Should be a great show, please give her my best. |
