Subject: Tech: Font Default/Outlook Express From: John Hardly Date: 12 Jun 07 - 05:06 PM I seem to be able to change it on a per-email basis, but I can't seem to figure out how to make a new default font choice. Eh? thanks in advance (and forthcoming upon receipt of info). |

Subject: RE: Tech: Font Default/Outlook Express From: bobad Date: 12 Jun 07 - 06:09 PM In Outlook Express click on TOOLS/OPTIONS/READ at the bottom of that page clicking on FONTS will present you with the option of selecting a font and setting it as default. I haven't tried it myself but it looks like what you're looking for. |

Subject: RE: Tech: Font Default/Outlook Express From: JohnInKansas Date: 12 Jun 07 - 06:36 PM The setting given: Tools|Options|Read will change the display text for incoming mail. (You don't have to look at it in the font the sender picks, for some incoming mail.) To change the font used for your outgoing messages: Tools|Options on the "Compose" tab. The setting you make there should be what you'll see when you compose an outgoing message. The settings should be obvious enough once you get to the right tab. John |
