I want to go to Whitby but I'm not sure which days I can make it. Does anyone know if I can buy tickets on the day? I've tried emailing the info address but it seems to have been discontinued.

the answer is yes for a day season and yes for individual concerts

Thanks folks, but what I want to know is can I buy them ON the day, at Whitby, rather than buying them in advance?

The format is like this ............. you can pay to get in to each event on the door at the venue............. provided people with all week tickets haven't already filled the room.

Or you can go to the folk week office on the day and see what is available.
