Just wondering if anyone knows whether or not I will be able to turn up on spec and buy a ticket?
Not sure if I can make it yet so it'll probably be a last minute decision, unless it's likely to sell out in which case I'll have to leave it!

If George reads this, if I'm there shall we have a jam?

I did, and we will, with cherry on top! In the beer tent would be best probably. I'll bring some lyrics along too.

Burntwood - used to play against Burntwood Cricket Club for many years with my own club.
Such nice memories.
Lucky buggers, wish I could make it. I will just have to sulk. :-(

Got distracted before I finished that properly!
What I meant to say was, we thought we'd found a quiet corner when we practiced last time, so being in the beer tent would definitely attract attention! Please feel free!

Last time you tried at the edge of a beer tent, this time you are moving inside it, when do you the chance to go behind the bar in it.
By the way you sounded great.
Love ya

My days of being behind a bar are long over Col! I much prefer being the right side of it these days!

I'd like to dispute that, however I can only really say that I resemble that remark!

Is this a private exchange or can anyone join in. I will be there too, so perhaps we can share some tunes as well as ale.

Everyone's welcome. The start of it is a new collaboration we hope to put together, muppitz and I; we practiced a bit at Alcester and it went well, so we're going to have another little go in Byurntwood. Still trying to find out which songs suit us both best.

George,
I know the feeling,
finding the right song with a new partner is not always easy, especially when they come from a different place, still, making music is what counts.

Muppitz, don't know if you've already found out but you should be fine just turning up.I emailed to ask if they could save me tickets as I only get paid on the 17th and they said there was no need to panic just pay on the day.

I've been told it should be ok, I intend to just turn up and purchase!
If that doesn't work there are at least 4 artists I could credibly be a groupy for!
