A simple google search, and a chance to buy Stuart's 2013 album

Stuart is very fit and well, happily in retirement from teaching, and still making his lovely haunting music. Have you heard his WW1 song 'Remembered'?

Stuart and I were friends at Durham University in the late 1960s, often played (occasionally together) at the Chaplaincy Folk Club of blessed memory, and were aspiring song-writers. He always had a strong, romantic tinge to his songs, subtle guitar tunings and a relaxed style I loved (and envied).

A really nice man into the bargain.

Does anyone know what happened to Stuart Marson? He of "Over the Lancashire Hills" and "Close To The Wind" fame. I love his songs well those I've heard (I wouldn't mind a comprehensive Song list iFanyone has one) and am curious as to what happened to him.
