It was a good turn out last Monday. Nice to see some faces from other folk clubs. Lots of talent and a great atmosphere.

The music was good as well!

We are open Bank holiday Monday, so come along.

Yes. The Whats on site needs updating. We have a guest once a month, but not in August. The above gig is advertised in all three local folk magazines however.

I shall ask our webmaster if he can update site. May not get updated straightaway as Lynne does the bookings, someone else does website and its festival season Sidmouth/Broadstairs etc.

but Pat Smith & Ned Clamp are guests there on 10 September unless I'm very much mistaken.

For anyone who's not at a festival or on holiday, Waltham Abbey Folk Club is open all through August for open nights.

All welcome. 8.30pm start. £1.50 admission. Cheap bar. Round the room. Anything goes.
