My daughter's looking for this song. We think it was by Dire Straits, but not sure. All she remembers is "I'll pledge allegiance to any flag they might offer." It sounds like some kind of protest song, maybe? She says she heard it on one of my albums. I've looked at the two I have of DS, but don't see any likely tracks.
