I have no doubt that several people will post lyrics and information for the wrong song - 'Bold Orion' by Leo Kretzner, although there are several posts of it already.

I'm trying to find information about a song that I first heard at a summercamp in New Hampshire.   From a few other websites I've been able to gather most of the lyric, but don't know who wrote or sang it, and have no melodic info. Here is the lyric I've gather so far:
