Sorry to be such a sad-arsed fanboy, but as I'm scanning Mudcat tonight I'm listening to my new toy, Coope, Boyes and Simpson's 'Triple Echo' from a couple of years ago, which arrived in the post today. As I listen to it, I'm almost PURRING with pleasure.

Anyone else had an album or gig that made them overtly PURR recently?

Cheers

Nigel

The Copper Family (nine of them) at the Lewes Arms last Saturday is one that I won't forget for a long time.

Not a gig but last night we saw War Horse at the National Theatre which was superb, with great music from Tim van E. It was so nice to be in totally oikless company!
