Allmusic.com says TING-A-LING-A-JINGLE is on the Ames Brothers' album "Together" (2006), which is available from Amazon.com.

I used to have the Ames Brothers' Christmas Album. Well, my grandparents did. I loved that album! I've not seen it on CD yet; may never be. I remember the song well. If I sat and thought about it I could come up with a reconstruction of the lyrics but it wouldn't be any more certain than anything we already have. Boy could those guys sing.

The song is called TING-A-LING-A-JINGLE. It was written by Vaughn Horton and recorded by the Ames Brothers.

There are several versions of the lyrics in this thread Lyr Req: Ting-a-Ling-a-Jingle (Ames Brothers) but it looks as if they were all written from memory by various people, so I'm not sure they're accurate or complete.

I am looking for the Title and/or Artist on a Christmas song I
remember my Dad singing... I had thought it was on a Mills Bros Christmas album... but now I believe I am mistaken - as I can't find it anywhere....

The song had words like

"...sing jingle, jingle, jingle and kiss me good-night,
    sing jingle, jingle, jingle and hold me so tight......
    icicles on the window and snow on the ground,
    sing jingle jingle jingle 'til Santa comes 'round......"


Anyone recognize this Christmas song??
