Colin's name is on the upward bar of the N (of RNLI) on line 9 right side. Not certain if you can get close to see it but RNLI 13 49 is on station at Whitby.

Whitby will get a new Shannon class lifeboat and Colin's name (with many others) will be on her.

I've just been talking to Col's mum and she seems to be doing well. She told me the total the undertakers sent to Whitby lifeboat in memory of Col was £566. She also knows that some people chose to send their money separately.

A great total for which she has recieved a lovely letter from the treasurer of the Whitby boat. Col would be proud to have provided that much for them.
