You can hear it by clicking HERE

I have got the other lines, but I don't know what did he speak in the first.
Can anybody transcribe them for me?
These are the lyrics I know:

Now there are blues that you get from happiness
There are blues that you get from pain
Blues when you are lonely for your one and only
Blues that are hard to explain

And there are blues that you get from waitin'
Oh, but the meanest, the meanest blues that be
There are kinda I got on my mind
Blues there are all very meanest kind
Blues my naughty sweetie gives to me
Oh, yeah

Oh, there are blues you get from women when you see 'em goin' swimmin' and you haven't got a bathin' suit yourself
There are blues that start to flicker when you had a lot of liquor and someone goes and takes it off the shelf
There are blues you get from waitin' on the dock, and you wonderin' if your little boat is gonna rock
Blues you keep a gettin' in a taxicab a pettin' every time you hear the meter jump the clock

And there are blues you get from cryin' when your uncle Will is dyin' and he afterwards forgets you in his will
There are blues that get from kisses when you are walkin' with the missus and another baby shouts, "Hey, Bill!"
Blues that kinda make you hop and can't wait to shake and shiver, kinda make you want to end it all in the river
Blues my naughty sweetie gives to me
Oh, swing that thing!

Now there are blues you get from women when you see 'em goin' swimmin' and you haven't got a bathin' suit your own self

And there are blues you get from cryin' when your uncle Will is dyin' and he afterwards forgets you in his will
There are blues that get from kisses when you are walkin' with the missus and another baby shouts, "Hey, Patrick!"
Blues that kinda make you hop and can't wait to shake and shiver, kinda make you want to end it all in the river
Blues my naughty sweetie gives to me
Let me hear it again
Oh, blues my naughty sweetie gives to me
Just one more time
Blues my naughty sweetie gives to me
Yeah!

All right. Blues My Naughty, take seventy-five.

Oh, shit (?), I hope I don't screw up.

The first line is "blues from loneliness", not happiness.

There are blues that you get from loneliness
And there are blues that you get from pain
They're the blues when you are lonely
For your one and only
The blues you can never explain

They are blues that you get from sleepless nights
But the meanest blues that be
They are the ones that I got on my mind
I mean the ones that are the meanest kind
They're the blues my naughty sweety gives to me

Clancy Hayes sings this with Bob Scobey's Band.... a masterful version... one of many by Hayes and Scobey.

I was playing this only the other night at a club - on a classical guitar - in homage to the great version by Charlie Byrd, whose playing entranced me more than 40 years ago. Wonderful tune - just wish I could play it like Charlie Byrd!

Yes indeed, the CLancy Hayes/Bob Scobey recording is wonderful and a very old favourite of mine.
That stop-time chorus is not on the sheet music I have.
Was it a later addition ?
The Chinese whispers effect often governs what one ends up singing, so for years I have been singing:-

There are blues you get from swimmin', and you see a lot of women, And you haven't got a bathing suit yourself.
You are blues you give the vicar and he's looking for some liquor,
And he finds 20 bottles on your shelf.
There a blues you get sittin in the dock.
And you wonder if the boat is going to rock.
There are blues you get sittin' in a tax-cab a-frettin',
And you wonder if the meter's goin' to pop.
There are blues you get from tryin',
To save your Uncle Bill from dyin',
And he afterwards forgets you in his will.
There are blues you give your missus, with no more kisses,
When a chorus-girl shouts "Hi Bill".
etc.

As with many songs, you start off singing them wrong, and then stick with it !   Ain't that the folk process ?
