Subject: Lyr Req: THIS WILL BE A TOUGH ONE! From: Spirit Wolf Date: 26 Dec 07 - 02:27 AM Ok....now I have another lyric search. Somewhere, back in the early 70's a group (name unknown) came up with a comic song called "MEET ME DOWN BY THE BATH HOUSE HONEY". It was a comedy song. The first verse went like this: Meet me down by the bath house honey, we're gonna have a ball tonight. Meet me down by the bath house honey ain't-a comin home till the broad daylight! Peel a few grapes....drink a little wine... Do everything that makes you feel fine... Oh Meet me down by the bath house honey, we're gonna have a ball tonight. Ok. there it is! I have been searching for the lyrics for this song for three years and I've come up with ZIP! So if any of you know of this song and the lyrics and the group that did it......fire away! Thanks folks! We're gonna have a wingding of a fling. Gonna swing till the broad daylight. Peel a few grapes, drink a little wine, Do everything to make you feel fine. Meet me down at the bathhouse, honey, in Rome on a Saturday night. Now Julius, you're invited. Just leave your troubles at home. You're gonna be delighted. It's the thing to do....
