Well, shoot, Tom. Sorry that's not it. My daughter lives in Groton. I'll ask her if she's seen anything about it. She's not in those circles, but she might've seen an ad or something. If nobody knows of it here, you might contact the Groton Public Library or the one in New London. They are bound to know who to contact if they don't have info themselves.

Thanks Kat, I think this is something different but it might work for my blues band to get onto the town summer concert thing. The one I was told was held in Groton or New London I believe. I have an acoustic duo thing I'm thinking about for senior centers, etc.

Maybe this is what you are thinking of: The 18th Annual Entertainment Showcase will be on Thursday Feb 7th 2008?

I had heard about a entertainment showcase that is held in March, I think, where rec directors of various care facilties come the hear the different groups. Does anyone know of this? Thanks. Tom
