I think you will find it is not the demon babers. . . but infact Black swan Rapper. and yes they were very good

Yes, it is Black Swan Rapper and it's a cute clip! Nice little instruction there where they show the basic step for those unfamiliar with the tradition.

We started our after-school rapper club on Tuesday, led by Damien Barber. A bunch of the kids were very excited because they'd seen Damien dancing on the telly before Christmas!

How long before we get Celebrity Morris or Celebrity Rapper on TV? Take half a dozen ex-footballers, soap stars, models, weather girls, and turn them into a decent morris side. All presented by Ant & Dec.

Well done to Black Swan for accepting the challenge thier performance was very very good also well done to Paul O'Grady as he did very well. It is good to see from Ruth that a bit of TV can do some good and give people pleasure and I also look forward to the oppertuninty to see them. As for the comment by stevep why not, if it brings positive results as achieved by the lads from Black Swan. I posted the clip to a Canadian friend and they were blown away by it. I think there are lots and lots of positives from it.

The school where Damien is working is one of those which took part in our Raising the Roots project last year. They loved the rapper dance - and Damien thought they'd got real potential, too. So we've started the after-school club (with a bit of funding from us and Louhgborough Extended Schools). Damien, bless him, is coming all the way down from Yorkshire once a week to teach them. Around 20 kids turned up last week - some of them had taken part last year, and some were brand new. The fact that several of them had seen Black Swan (and Damien) on telly rather added to the cachet of the experience, I think!
