Not long now!! See Crediton website for festival info! There's a Mad Hatters Tea Party on the Sunday afternoon, book your meals in advance if possible!

Really looking forward to the MudGather, but regret to say that I've mislaid the MadCat - if anyone knows where I might have lost it, please let me know! Think I might not do a raffle at the MudGather, so you can all relax & have a good sing *grin*

And Herbaceous Border is on the website too! Come and dance (or play) in the courtyard of the Ring o' Bells Saturday 3.00pm and Sunday 2.30pm. The more the merrier!

I did have some musicians lined up, but the plans have fallen apart, so it'd be great to hear from anyone who would be willing to play for us on either (or both) days.

Kitty, what time's your singaround on Saturday? Hope there isn't a clash....

George - It was Pete and John wot wrote the programme! I suspect "bijou" was nicked from estate agents' blurb, as in "small" - in this case, the Ring O' Bells skittle alley. According to the info received so far, you will be the finishing highlight, so if you think bling will help you sparkle that's up to you!

Hils - P&J have asked us to run a session interspersing floor singers between booked performers from 6-11pm in the Ring O'Bells marquee on Saturday, so we should make most of the Mudgather.

That's good news Kitty, I'll wander down & have a listen, or maybe a song if there's a spare slot on the day!

Chris - I can think of much more suitable items to substitute for the missing MadCat than that Inebriated Puppy!!! Has he been washed yet/ever? He could make a Sewer-Rat swoon at 50 paces last time I saw him & the Fox was none too keen either!

He had 'A' wash after coming back from Basrah! But the air in Iceland is very clear, and beer is very expensive there, so he shouldn't smell too bad....................Hopefully!

That said, Joline is here, and she's been very good.......No Jack to lead her into drunkeness and debauchery.

Wassail!! Chris

After wading throughcuddly teddies bunnies puppies and various furry things I could not identify I finally found a small ginger cat that is clean and quite cute although not of course with the presence of the inflatable one.(Mr Scarecrow helpfully asks if its loss makes you feel deflated!) It might do until the usual one returns and I'll take it to the Banbury fundraiser at the weekend for MGAS approval

Really looking forward to this one, as we are celebrating Derek's birthday too, so have ordered a cake for the Mad Hatters Teaparty which will compliment Pete's Unbirthday cake and we have sorted out our costumes today. Derek will be wearing something to suit his venerable age!

What time is the mudgather?

Hurrah!...

For the Mad Hatter's Tea Party, I've acquired a cuddly dormouse (borrowed from work - don't ask!).

Her Dameship suggested that in keeping with the original story we should all move round one place after each song...

I'll get me frockcoat...

Splotty and I are dressing up for the teaparty in very suitable attire!! I thought we wouldn't swop places ALL night cos we would get dizzy and probably fall over, - just after the soup course and then the main course. I think we ought to have a prize for the best dressed character. What do you think? Maybe we could put it to the Jury. And by the way - no mushrooms!

Hi Everybods !!!!

Hello to Kitty, I am coming down to Crediton for the FIRST time ever, and seeing as there seems to be so many people I already know going, I think I may just enjoy myself !!!!!

(Did the "Cat Come Back?" ....)

Hello to Hils too, will hope to make the MudGather, whilst down there

Am interested in this Tea Party, sounds fun, are we all supposed to wear silly hats ??? or silly costumes or what ???

Thanks Hils for saying that Capella are at Bideford, what a great idea, go early, see Capella then travel on to Crediton, might just do that, Capella are good friends and have fantastic harmonies and terrificly funny songs etc etc, (for anyone who does not know ...)

Dont actually know where Bideford FC is, but will TRY and find it ...

Looking forward to this "little" festival, my first this year, 'bout time they all started, I'm getting Antzy for music, music, and more music

See Yall !!!!

Jo-Jo
