I just checked the website for Sheffield 2008 and it hasn't been updated since 30th January....was there another thread regarding the festival?

Charlotte (making inquiries)

The previous thread is at  Sheffield Folk Festival 2008

Perhaps it would be a good idea to combine this one with it.

The Festival website is at  http://www.sheffieldfolkfestival.org/.  Evidently the job of maintaining it has devolved onto me; I will update it as soon as somebody provides me with the information I've asked for via the Festival's internal email list. A job for you, Jim?

Malcolm, thanks for the link, I feel a bit more in the picture now, and while I can't be of any practical use to the festival, living, as it were, quite far away from Sheffield, I wish you all the best of luck with the festival and long may it be held.

Charlotte (supporter of folk festival folk)

I take it the meeting tonight is still happening? Is it just "the committee" or all interested parties?

John
