Subject: Folklore: MudLore of the Week 2/11/2008 From: catspaw49 Date: 11 Feb 08 - 09:47 PM Although we are a lot looser around here today, Mudcat has always been a site where we could talk music and its folklore and stories while also discussing something, uh.......shall we say a bit off the wall? God knows we're more off the wall than ever nowadays but even early on there were two sides to the 'Cat. Here's a pair from the Mudcat Annals that show the point............. Where is Spancil Hill Hokey Pokey and the Druids Enjoy Spaw |

Subject: RE: Folklore: MudLore of the Week 2/11/2008 From: catspaw49 Date: 12 Feb 08 - 11:25 AM I hadn't read either of those threads in their entirety in years and I just had a great time going through each. I didn't participate in either (except at the end of one to comment on it) but I lurked both at the time. Lurking is a time honored tradition as well. I'm always amazed when someone pulls up something fro the past they say they enjoyed but had never posted on. Sometimes it just depends on the day! Spaw |

As you recall, back in the day we used to have to break threads into parts because of loading difficulties. Spaw |
