A maritime festival.

In Chicago.

In February.

That's almost as crazy as Poland.

Don't freeze 'em off.

It is, Barry. It's at the Chicago History Museum. Dick Holdstock and Allan MacLeod arrived last night and we have been having an absolute blast here. The Northern neck Shanty Singers arrive today and then everyone will be here. It's going to be a really great festival.

Have a great time at your house concert, Barry. Sorry I have to miss it.

I can't imagine the wealth of Lakes tug and barge, modern ore carrier, and even cargo schooner songs from the early twentieth century back that must be waiting for the coast-bound to discover. It IS too bad that February in Chicago only reminds me of boot camp at the Great Lakes Naval Training Center, from which I departed with pneumonia. But NEXT year, perhaps...
