I'm ready to put my newsletter out and would like your permission to put your poem about Colorado in it. It is a Folk Music Club Newsletter to about 150 people where I just talk about Traditional Folk Music and let people know about our upcoming concerts. It would be real nice for these people to see and read your fine poem. Thanks and will be waiting for your answer.

Bert has performed this as a song, a couple of times just recently. He's promised me a tape as soon as he gets over a cold. I'd not thoguht of it as song material, until he asked about it and then a tune came into my head.
