Just as a note, it's not the "Banks of the Shure" (though that's how it's pronounced), it's "Banks of the Suir"--a river that runs through Meath county, among others.

Since Mooncoin's in Kilkenny the Suir in question runs from Templemore in Tipperary to Waterford. It certainly does not run through Meath!
