The Good Intent Beer Festivals For 2008 are as follows
July 5th and 6th, September 27th and 28th and December 20th and 21st, ( wasail ). Each one hosted by John Barden and Ruff and Reddy

They are, of course, not just beer festivals but folk sessions (mixed) as well!

I assume that John Barden will be hosting one (at least) during Sweeps, probably the Saturday one. Gastove's doing the Sunday afternoon. Rumour has it that Ruff 'n' Reddy are doing one or two as well (Friday and/or Monday), but this has yet to be confirmed. Watch this space!

While we are on the subject of Sweeps, yours truly is one of the judges for "The Folk Factor" this year, so get your entries in, and I'm told I'm not allowed to be too nasty about you...

Richard, you didn't have to go that far to keep TDL out of Folk Factor ! Seriously though, it's about time they had someone fresh on the panel who is constructive. Good news about Good Intent dates, was only thinking earlier today about them.
