We're happy to be able to host folk/blues artist, Angelo M, at our house on April 13th!   When the steel mill he worked at went bankrupt costing him his pension and chance to retire, Angelo M. (short for Melasecca) tossed his hardhat, picked up his guitar and began penning songs for his Debut CD, Far From Home.   Angelo will be on WNTI 91.9FM Wednesday evening (April 2nd) on Jeff Rusch's "Sessions at Centenary" show. You can also listen to it steaming live at www.wnti.org

Give him a listen and all you in the Warren County/Eastern PA (and further) area, come on out and visit us - We'd love to see you!

Our friend (and all around good guy), Jim Colbert will be opening for Angelo.

I plan to attend this house concert on April 13th. Angelo M. is a very talented songwriter and his guitar playing is top notch. Jim Colbert, the opening act is also a gifted songwriter who has won many songwriting competitions.

Lois & Greg draw a very congenial crowd to their house concerts. They have a pot luck which begins at 1:30PM and the music starts at 3PM. The location is only an hour and fifteen minutes from the NYC area and is located in rural scenic. farm country.

I have already been to 4 of their concerts and this will be my 5th.

While Greg & Lois are enjoying themselves on vacation in sunny Florida, they asked me to refresh this thread.

The concert earlier today was really great. Angelo M. is a fabulous performer and a virtuoso on the slide guitar. His musicianship is second to none. You will be hearing a lot more about him in the future. He started his musical career only 2 years ago at the age of 50.

Angelo and his wife, Jody, are 2 of the friendliest people I have ever met and have great warm personalities. They add a special ambience to the house concert format.
