Looking for a bawdy old favorite that has titillated parlors for generations. It starts "There once was a farmer..." and proceeds in couplets to lead the listener to expect a dirty word at the end of every other line. "She lifted her skirts and she showed us her/ ruffles and laces..." Can anybody identify this and write it out for me?

Would it help if I said there's a recorded version sung by the Wicked Tinkers. They are a sort of tribal pipe and drum trio with some slam-danceable reels and so on. One of them sings it acapello.
