At http://www.giveawayoftheday.com/, you can, for the next 12 hours, get a pretty good audio editing program.
It MUST be both downloaded, and installed and registered withing the time limit.

If you decide to get it, read the instruction carefully, including part about filling in all blanks in form and using the provided registration key.

Looking at it.
It's a web site that someone, (was it you?) flagged up before. Trouble was that you have to install the freebies right away, and I usually wasn't ready to do so.
They have had programmes which looked worth investigating, but finding time to evaluate wasn't easy.

I'm sure that over the months, a few spyware programs DO get promoted there, but I have adequate safeguards in place. This program has not tried to call home or do anything strange.

I downloaded on the day (it said 8 hours to run) and tried to install, but it wouldn't.
Bit of a waste of time all round.

*tsk*..sorry 'bout that. 'Maybe' it kept time by American time....

I've never had any problems with the 6-7 programs I got there...(including, one lucky day, a full version of WinRAR)
