Well worth it IMO. I saw them doing doing some floor spots in Lewes about 18 months ago and I though they were great. Bought their album on the strength of that and recommended them to the local club.

I Mc'd Hazel and Emily at Chippenham last year, a couple of months before the CD came out... apologies, because there's no way I'll get to Barnsley from Harrow (Herga charity fundraiser) next Monday, but it'll be an enjoyable evening for those who can!

Kitty

I'm planning to go so they must be good!
It was remarked on Saturday night that I don't go out much at night so it must be quite an event for me to venture forth - particularly as far as Barnsley.
Looking forward to it.

Just thought - you are still at the Shaw aren't you?
I'd hate to go to all the effort of going out and end up at the wrong place.

GGGGRRR! I'm always on the wrong side of the f***ing Pennines to see the really good stuff. Their album is on my 'most played' pile. Rarely goes back on the shelf. Hope you all had a fantastic night!

Nige - if you live on the wrong side of the Pennines you just have to accept it or move.

COuld be worse - you could live on the wrong side of the Trent.

:-)

Yes they were excellent, well worth the trip.
But where was everybody? I was expecting there to be far more people there.
