Its going to float on Sunday 20th April

at the Rose and Crown in St Albans

Free admission , so it should suit catters

8.00 start

he as a web site if you do a search

and now a song-book too

His song 'Old Ben' has a very trad feel, about a retired sheep dog, sure to be picked up by discerning singers

Guru has been touting his songs for a while now and i heard a mudgather join in superbly on a chorus not long ago

maybe see you Sunday

bye

Oh I wish I could be there, he's really good. I met him at Herga and wish I could go to Herga more often. Can you have Travelling Herga and visit the Welsh Marches?

Sal

How'd it go Breezy? Couldn't make it as we were away at Creditojn, but am sure you all had a brilliant evening! It's a Fab CD by the way, I'm a lucky recipient & hope to be trying out another of Fleggy's dongs sometime soon!

That'll teach me to always preview my posts & not be in such a hurry, p'raps.... Talk about luminous noses...

But seriously Chris, if there happened to be one of your books left after the rush I'd be glad of a copy. Am certain other Catters will be getting in touch with you, each time I sing one of your songs at festivals there's always a lot of interest. Keep up the good work!

A 'Tog' moment Hil?

A very well attended evening, excellent warm-up act and a very polished performance by me as well

Chris Flegg was O K but sang all his own songs until he included a Paul Simon song , or should that be a 'dong' that nobody knew

He even included a dong from his previous CD of which he only has a few remaining

I think he's playing at the Plough in Hemel next Sunday

Off to Padders to ding some dongs

My book arrived yesterday, thank you so much Chris, it's beautiful! Love the illustrations & it's been really interesting reading through the lyrics without knowing the some of the tunes *grin* Fantastic, Thanks Again!
Hil xx

There, see, not a dong in sight......
