The one you were looking for is probably:
Tres mures! tres mures!
ecce currunt! ecce currunt!
sequuntur agricolae feminam
caudas ea desecuit cultro
mirabile spectaculum visu
trium murium!

The one I was taught at school is:
Tres mures, tres mures
caeci currunt, caeci currunt
sequuntur agricolae uxorem
quae caudus secuit cultra rem
vidistis mirabiliorem
quam hos mures?

The second one has the mice blind (as in the English rhyme while the first does not. Also the second one scans better for singing...)
