Lyr Req: Taller Than My Hair (David Roth)

I've tried google and Digitrad with no luck. I think the performer was named Kevin Roth, but it was many years ago at the Owen Sound Folk Festival. He dedicated it to his dad, Irving, and had him stand and wave to the crowd from the front row.
The tune is going through my head and Ive been humming it and playing it on the guitar, but I can't remember the lyrics. It now applies to me more than when I first heard it.
