As far as I know from talking to Trevor, Ron's home now but isn't up to getting out very often, I think he's been to the Club only a couple of times. No the last time I asked how he was I think John said he was going to Malta/Cyprus to visit relations/friends

Same here, he's a lovely man. He also has to take the blame for starting me singing, which has given me and hopefully others, lots of pleasure over the years

i used to live next door to him and of a night i used to watch him play penny whistle in the greenhouse and oneday my dad asked him if he gave lesson and he sed he wud so he starteing teaching me the penny whislte but never took money off me. ive always though of him over the years but never went to see him.
