Well, Hamish, it's been a long time since there was a hanging there. The scaffold outside is in a bit of a state, but with a bit of restoration ....???

But, that won't happen to Bill, it's guaranteed we'll let him off for good behaviour when he visits us on October 15th.

Sylvia

Gosh. He's so good he's going to go to gaol, eh? What do you do to bad performers?

;-)

Hi, everyone

Thought I'd refresh this thread, to remind everyone how good Bill's CD is and in person he's magnificent. We've got him booked for the Derby Gaol in October this year.

If you haven't already, go onto his website.

Cheers

Sylvia

Sorry I don't know how to do a tongue-in-cheek otherwise I'd have used it when I asked. You have/had mail!

Just treated myself to your new CD - heard you singing Tommy Atkins at the Mudgathering thing at Banbury 2 years ago I think, and asked you about a CD - here it is at last, great!
Perhaps see you at this year's Banbury?

Well hi Ray - you dozy bugger, I had 'em with me when I saw you! Only available from the website or in person, I'm afraid, but it's all pretty easy. Hope Holmfirth went well.
And Hi Jim - I had a suspicion it was you, and our mutual friend (and my publicity agent haha - I honestly didn't know he'd started this thread) confirmed it. How ya doin'?
You can tell I'm new here - I didn't spot the "PM" thing - kept clicking on the one next to the time! Sharp as a razor!

btw, Jim who? and who is the old git? pm me please - I've been out of touch a few years and part of the fun of coming "home" is all the old friends I keep finding

There are 4 sound samples on the "Buy The Album" page - they are .wma files - I keep meaning to put up .mp3 versions, but time flies like an arrow, and fruit flies like a banana.

Nice to see that people remember me - I'd love to know who you are, but I haven't posted here before - the grapevine told me that I got a mention.

I've worked out who started this thread - old friends are very special, and that one is very old!

I've not seen a mention of Bill's cd on Mudcat but I feel that it deserves a mention because in my opinion it's a nice representation of Bill's abilities as both a writer & an interpreter of song. For further details go to www.billprince.co.uk
