Has anyone noted what happened to Radio Szantymaniak? It uster stream sea chanties 24/7.

The http://szantymaniak.pl site doesn't help me much as my Polish is limited to cognates of internet terms.

Try this url: http://www.szanty24.pl/. On the top left of the page: Radio mp3 128kbps "Teraz gramy:" which means "Now playing." I'm not sure if it's what you're looking for, I'm on dial-up so it doesn't work too good for me, but there is music.

I think it's a different site - "chanty and folk." Seems to be somewhat more commercial recordings than I remember - maybe evolved from the other site, though. It works fine, good quality downloading.

I'm so glad this is cleared up. I feared this was a thread about maniac Santa Clauses. Now I see that it is about being a craze for shanties. That is so much better.
