Hello everyone, I am at a crossroad in my life that I do not know what to do, I live in Saint Mary's County and a few weeks back as My family and I were returning to our home we made a u-turn at the Saint Mary's River Dirt Road and I thought at first it was a wallet but it ended up being "THE WILLIAM ZANTIZINGER'S" digital camera. How do I know this? It has a sticky label on the camera with his name, address and phone number, there are several real estate phones on the camera and also photos of him and his family. I call and spoke with him he is quite up there in age now, and I mentioned where I found it and he gave me a very intresting story of how this camera ended up where it did. I have the camera, now here is the question....do i return this camera to him? or do I SHARE with all DYLAN LOVERS what I found? I never even heard the name prior to finding the camera because the phone number on the camera is disconnected, so I just google searched and was in total shock when I read about this man! Then from the article I was able to figure out exactly where he lives and found another phone number.Just from what I read I CAN NOT STAND TO EVEN THINK ABOUT GIVING IT BACK TO HIM...I wish there was a way I could CONTACT MR. DYLAN himself, I would give it to him in a heartbeat! Any suggestions?

Give it back to its rightful owner of course.
No matter what kind of asshole HE is, you should be above petty thievery.
I very much doubt if Mr Dylan would be in the least bit interested.
Unless it had pictures of him commiting another heinous crime, that is?

So, because you don't like his previous actions, you would take it upon yourself to keep HIS property, even after having talked to him (and I presume having told him that you had found his camera)? This is not the action of a principled person by any standard.

You don't have to have any physical contact with him, just put it in the post - it's NOT YOURS!

First off I did not steal anything, I FOUND IT! and there were plenty of witnesses that saw me find it and by the way I guess you are not up to date on this man, he has does time in our jail for other crimes as well namely being a SLUM LORD...all this after his first heinous crime! So therefore I think while I appreciate your input I will hold off on doing anything just yet.
