music videos from 'ichingiching'

I was just moseying around YouTube and found over 200 videos by "ichingiching" who seem to be John Wright. There's some great songs there, but no mention that it is him singing them. Anyone know the reason for this? Is it perhaps some copyright thing?

No it isn't John Wright it is Mike Cornes (YouTube name iching iching)singing and playing songs of all kinds, including his own compositions. He has posted around 290 songs in 4 years. pretty good going and a talented guy.

I first met Mike at Fylde folk Festival and since then have had the privilege of hearing him playing 'live' on a number of ocasions.
He is certainly up there with the best fingerstyle guitarists and a great interpreter of songs by other contemporary singer/songwriters and the tradition.
Is there anyone more prolific in this genre on Youtube?
Could someone do a blue-clicky link so that others can see what we mean!

Mike and I swapped "halloes" some months ago on YouTube and regretted that we lived too far from each other away to have a jam now and then. He's a fine musician indeed. Mike has 291 videos uploaded on the Tube - beats me by 2!

I came across this guy a while ago, lovely version of William and Nancy's parting as well. His fingerstyle appears effortless. He appears to have retired from the Youtube game unfortunately, I wish I lived on the isles so I could see him play in person

I came across this chap on youtube just a couple of weeks ago, and liked his stuff so much I sent him a message there, something I've never done before.

Anyone know where he's based and/or where to hear him live?

Apparently Google+ are involved with YouTube and Mike told me recently this made uploading "a bit complicated and confusing".
He is still playing and singing but not sure he does "gigs" as such.
Well worth a visit to his YouTube site though.
A brilliant guitarist. Love his arrangements.
