Just to let people know that Johnny Collins will be performing a series of dates in the North East this month

Thursday 10th July -   Welly Folk Club, Wolviston, Billingham
Friday 11th July   -   Pot House Folk Club (Harbour of Refuge), Hartlepool (www.folkfolk.co.uk for details)
Saturday 12th July -   Hartlepool Headland Heritage Day, Town Square, Headland, Hartlepool (10am-4pm)(01429 244350 for more details)
Sunday   13th      -   Nature's World Folk Festival, Acklam, Middlesbrough (afternoon)(01642 821776 for details)
Sunday 13th -         South Shields Folk Club (evening)
Monday 14th    -    Bridge Folk Club, Newcastle with Jim Mageean

He'll also be popping in to Birtley Folk Club on Wednesday 9th I believe.

But it's only fair, I guess, we can't keep our President and leading light under a bushel. Even if we wanted to. Which we don't.
Feed him and water him well, join in all his choruses (I dare you to resist) and send him back safe, now.

Almost 30 years ago when I arrived in Oz, upon first hearing Danny I honestly thought it was Johnny Collins singing! Certainly great similarities in their styles of delivery.
