If, like me, you were waiting for your Pickering camping tickets, I've just rung the Events Office and they're not issuing any. They just said we'd be given the appropriate wristband when we arrive but didn't explain how they'll know if we've paid (unless, of course, we're the only people going).

Only a week to go! Can't wait.

I received a numbered paper ticket this morning with a note saying that camping tickets will be issued on arrival. My ticket is numbered 494 which is a bit worrying as I only booked yeaterday so maybe only about 500 there. Oh well never mind I'll still enjoy it as long as my car is fixed by then as some swine smashed my window today and nicked my satnav (which wasn't on display- so make sure they don't leave rings on your windscreen)

I ordered mine ages ago and they're in the 250s, so they probably aren't selling quickly. There are lots of signs by the roadside near us advertising it.

It'll still be great though.

I have heard a rumour just now that Pickering has just been pulled due to risk of flooding.

Yes, it's been cancelled due to a flooded site. I had a call from one of the organisers ten minutes ago.
