I was looking for the lyrics to this myself, I ended up transcribing them to the best of my ability. Finding them incomplete here, I post them. Corrections welcome.

TODAY'S THE DAY is also performed by Freyda [Epstein] & Acoustic AttaTude on their album "Midnight at Cabell Hall," Red House Records CD 55, 1993.

I have listened to several sound samples, and was able to piece together this much of the song:

Freyda Epstein sang this song - Today's the Day - on Heaven and Earth by Child's Play and written by Mark Simos. If you don't know Childs Play - check them out, but please, does anyone know the words to Today's the Day? I'd be most grateful to receive them...
