There will be a house session at our house in Plaistow, east London on Saturday September 27th, to celebrate Michaelmas, a birthday, passing Australians and possibly a birth or two, you never know!

We'll start about 7.30-8.00ish, til whenever the neighbours complain and food will be available. If anyone would like to bring a contribution, they'd be more than welcome! There is a little crash space available for those who don't feel able to make it home safely.

For your diaries, there will be another at the same place on October 25th, this time to celebrate passing Americans, Trafalgar Day, Samhain, whatever! Stay tuned to see if there's one in November!

Jeff was an excellent singer and player, largely disabled (legs and back) of some bulk (neary 20 stone) who got outside about a bottle of whisky and encouraged a chap he was sitting next to, another clawhammer guitarplayer, who I gather was a cancer patient, to do the same.

I've tidied the garden especially for you smokers - you are no longer at risk of tripping into the water plant nursery or the pond.... there are, however, a surprising amount of orb spiders bent on getting a really big meal.
