I can't wait. The first two festivals were brilliant, I'll try to be at every session.

Just another 'blue clicky' to bring people directly to the programme :
Frank Harte Festival 2008 Programme
'Refreshments' on the sunday at the time of the old 'Holy Hour' - that's a good touch :->
Hope it goes well - wish I was in Dublin for it.

It was Frank who brought me to the Goilin for the first time. I recall that was in 1994. Congratulations to the club for making the effort to remember him with a special weekend. It was with considerable regret that I had to miss the first two Frank Harte Festivals. This year's line-up is mighty, so a mighty good time will no doubt be had by all. I'll be there.

All the best,
Dan Milner

Unfortunately, due to medical concerns Sarah Anne O'Neill will not be able to make it to this years Frank Harte Festival. We send Sarah Anne our very best wishes and hope she'll be feeling a little better soon.

We're delighted to announce that Michael Ned Quinn, from Mullaghbawn, Co. Armagh will replace Sarah Anne O'Neill as a guest at this years Frank Harte Festival. What a great sub to be able to call on!

A great weekend - again. On its third run, the festival is already developing a character of its own with a great mix of young and old, fresh and battered, formal and informal, homegrown and imported....

Yes it was excellant. The final hurrah for this year was tonight in Hughes' pub behind the Four Courts. Great night of quality singing. I'm already looking forward to the 4th Frank Harte Featival next September.

Fergus
