Oh, I've gone back a few times to play with the length and thickness of its various bits, and to make it jump and curl up. I'd like to have it as a desktop background for a while.

My grandson loved it, esp after he found out he could manipulate the shadow, size, etc. as well as the terrain, plus he liked dragging it around by the leg.

(Note to self...must encourage the Buddhistic tendencies more.)

I was watching the linked video where the cat is trying to catch the spider with its claws. Not a good thing to do if you're using a LCD screen.

Evidently the spider always goes after the nearest fly. I've set up multiple ones in the hopes of confusing him/her to no avail.

kat, where many little boys are concerned (and quite a few little girls), encouraging the Buddhistic just goes against their hunting and killing instincts.

When I was around five, and my little brother not quite three, I saw him standing with the screen door open, encouraging in dulcet singing tones, a moth which was crawling on the step, thusly: "Come on in, I won't hurt you!" And as soon as the moth had crawled to a strategic spot, he fatally and deliberately slammed the door on it. I was quite horrified.

And yet he grew up to be a compassionate man who would carry spiders outdoors and rescue injured critters whenever possible. So there's hope for the grandson!
