Subject: RE: concertina maker? From: EBarnacle Date: 15 Sep 08 - 10:11 AM Having handled a few of his instruments, get a Wheatstone and get on the line. Once you get your Dipper, the Wheatstone will become your second instrument and you will have two top quality instruments. |

Subject: RE: concertina maker? From: treewind Date: 15 Sep 08 - 01:44 PM He might have a second hand box, or a bag of bits that could be rebuilt for the cost of the time... Anahata |
Subject: RE: concertina maker? From: GUEST,Woody Date: 15 Sep 08 - 02:34 PM Amazing instruments & a really nice bloke |
Subject: RE: concertina maker? From: Greg B Date: 15 Sep 08 - 09:54 PM I have a Wheatstone Aeola which was rebuilt by Dipper (even has his stamp inside). Remarkably well-done AND it has held up for more than a decade with no further work. It was VERY dear, though. |
