It is a Castle built in Cromwellian times which is hosting a Lincolnshire Folk get together today. A worthwhile visit for anyone who wishes to view or perform in interesting surroundings.

Tattershall Castle has lots of great family memories for me. I'd liked to have been there today to play but since putting my name down a few weeks back, I was offered a couple of paid gigs (one yesterday lunchtime)and one tonight in Lincoln, plus I was in action for Ploughmens Bunch last night at a ceilidh, which means I'm no longer able to get to Tattershall and back in good time.So if my name were to crop up on a list today, I send my apologies. Weather looks great so I'm sure the castle will look it's usual impressive self. Cheers and best regards Steve

Never mind Steve ,its the burden of fame !
Luckily one I dont have to strugglewith myself.
Am hoping to hear lots of good music even if not many catters there.
Hope you right about the weather too.
