PROGRAMME
Friday:
8.00 pm Opening Launch and Registration. Launch by Jimmy McBride.

8.45 pm Lecture: The Call of Clare: The Life and Work of Dr. Tom   Munnelly by Ríonach Uí Ógáin

9.30 pm Informal Singing Session

Saturday:
11.00 am Singing Workshop for young people.
Facilitated by Roisin White & with the participation of Alannah    Henderson

12.00 noon Lecture: Travellers and Traditional Singing by Jim Carroll & Pat Mackenzie

1.30 pm Amhráin as Gaeilge. Mairéad Ni Dhomhnaill sa Chathaoir.

2.30 pm Informal Singing Session

4.00 pm Symposium: Collecting Songs in the new Millennium: Is there a need?
Speakers: Bairbre Ní Fhloinn, Alison McMorland & Geordie McIntyre, Jimmy McBride, Kelly Fitzgerald, chaired by Nicholas Carolan                                                                                    
                                    
8.00 pm        Grand Concert of Traditional Singing, hosted by Roisín White. Singers: Mairéad Ni Dhomhnaill (Donegal), Alannah Henderson (Dungannon), Antaine Ó'Faracháin (Dublin), Dainí Maídhcí Ó'Suilleabháin (Cúil Aodha), Vincent Boyle, Michael Falsey (Both Clare), Johnny Mháirtín Learaí MacDonnchadha,(Carna), Bob Blair (Glasgow), Roisín Elsafty (An Spidéal), Alison McMorland & Geordie McIntyre (Edinburgh).

10.30 pm Informal Singing Session.

12.00 noon Marrinan's Pub: Farewell Singing Session hosted by Jerry O'Reilly

The Bellbridge House Hotel are giving a special rate for the weekend to those attending of €179 for 2 nights Bed and Breakfast and 1 Evening Meal on Saturday.

After checking with the Bellbridge Hotel, I've discovered that the special rate for the two nights B+B and evening meal on Saturday is €119 per person. Amazing value!!
