Aye it would be gey braw indeed tae hae ye in Embro. I sing "Braw Sailing" an a', and the singing group I'm in will be doing it in Dundee in "FestnFurious" this Sunday!
Various clubs you might try include Edinburgh Folk Club (and the Wee Folk Club - Sunday evenings in the Royal Oak pub), Penicuik Folk Club, Dunfermline Folk Club, Leith Folk Club, and there are others in Glasgow. I think you'll find them all by Googling them to find their websites and contact persons. Not sure how far ahead they are booked, and some have guest nights weekly, others only monthly.

Hello, Just thought you might be interested in our tour dates for November. Me and Jackie met as part of Rachel Unthank & the Winterset. We've both left the band now and thought it would be rather fab to do a tour together. We'll be performing separately and together alongside musical partners James Dumbleton & Heidi Tidow. If you like what you hear, we may do it again in March. If not, we won't.
